With the economic growth in the PRC, there is an increasing number of Hong Kong people who are required to work in the PRC. The tax system and policy for individual income tax (IIT) in the PRC are different from those in Hong Kong, as such, people may face a lot of problems. The State Administration of Taxation has issued a number of new notices to enforce the collection of IIT. The purpose of the seminar is to give you some tips in handling IIT related issues for those individuals working in the PRC with reference to the latest notices and requirements issued by the China tax authorities.
