Sourcing is a technology-oriented and high-end services industry which plays an important role in the global market. To encourage the development of the sourcing industry in China, the Chinese government has enacted a series of policies known as "Thousand-Hundred-Ten Project". New Dawn: China's Emerging Role in Global Outsourcing is a KPMG thought leadership written by guest author, Rebecca Fannin, editor of Asian Venture Capital Journal.
