The Global IT Outsourcing Summit has successfully held 6 sessions. Dedicated to be professional, international and market-oriented, the Summit aims to open channels for dialogues, and share experiences of development and success. The Summit also strives to present a comprehensive image of "Shanghai Software", and promote the export of software and information services. The 2009 Summit will take the theme of "Information, Responsibility and Cooperation", focus on the negative impact brought by the global financial crisis and seek new opportunities for the development of IT outsourcing. It is committed to injecting confidence, enhancing responsibility and seeking more cooperation as well as showcasing the potential of the software industry against the crisis.
