KPMG's alumni cocktails - Beijing

On the night of June 24 2011, KPMG Beijing's Alumni party kicked off at LAN Club. Dozens of former colleagues attended the event, all of whom joined the firm before 2001.

Against the dynamic beats of the background music, host and hostess Johnny Lei and Lucy Kuang, led everyone on a journey through memories of the past.

Memories of days gone by rushed back along with the playing of KPMG's familiar song and the projection of old photographs onto the big screen. Colleagues who were once graduates fresh out of school have become the backbone of numerous enterprises and organizations. As they lost themselves in conversation, nobody noticed the time flying by.

Edwin Fung, global chair of Global China Practice and Partner-in-charge, Markets, and Angle An, Human Resources Director, expressed their appreciation to each old friend for coming, and their hopes that the firm and alumni can help each other to grow together.

Although the two-hour party was brief, it was more than enough to rekindle past friendships. Everyone was eager to get their old friends' contact information.
