Leah Jin is a senior manager in IT Advisory at KPMG's Advisory practice in Shanghai. She started her career with KPMG in 2000 as a senior accountant in the Audit practice. Two years later, she transferred to IT Advisory (then Information Risk Management).
Leah has been an active person all her life and loves to travel. In recent years, she developed a passion for hiking and camping. Her hiking adventures have taken her through Asia, North America, and Europe. Her observing nature and seeing damaged ecosystems led to her interest in climate change and sustainability. She believes that companies are not only accountable to their shareholders but to the environment and society in which they operate.
Leah is keen to go on the Inspire Antarctic Expedition for the chance to observe first-hand the impact of climate change on the continent and learn about preserving its delicate ecosystems. She hopes to bring back this knowledge and to share it with her colleagues, clients, family and friends in order to raise awareness on environmental issues.
